Shipping Coverage
We ship to all states and territories within Australia, including regional and rural areas. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas typically faster).
• Regional & Rural: Please allow up to 10 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available).

Shipping Costs
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate $12 (or free on orders over $100).
• Express Shipping: Flat rate $20
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Issues
• If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link first.
• If you still need help, contact us at hello@nurturenourishheal.com.au and we’ll assist.
• Nurture is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been shipped, but we will always help you resolve any issues.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.
