Nurture Refunds & Returns Policy


Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our supplement products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for
change-of-mind purchases once the product has been opened. Please choose carefully and reach
out if you have any questions before ordering.


Returns & Exchanges
We will happily provide a replacement, exchange, or refund if your item:
• Arrives damaged or faulty
• Is incorrect compared to what you ordered


To be eligible:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@nurturenourishheal.com.au
• Provide your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)
• Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition (unless damaged or faulty upon
arrival).

 

Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business
days.
• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

 

Return Shipping
• If the product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
• If the return is due to another reason (e.g., change of mind before opening), return postage is at
the customer’s expense.

1. Your full name and order number
2. Reason for the return or refund request
3. Supporting details (and photos if applicable)

 

We’ll respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
